Kale Coconut Blueberry Goddess

Here is a spin and tasty way of getting your kale in for the day! Introducing the Kale Coconut Blueberry Goddess:

  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk (more or less for taste)

  • 5 Blueberries (more if you are not low sugar/carb, if you'd like)

  • 1 tbsp Coconut MCT Oil (more or less depending on tolerance)

  • 5 cups of kale (frozen or fresh works, feel free to add more if you want a larger shake)

  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup

Blend, blend, and blend until smooth. Add ice and liquid Stevia if you wish. Enjoy!
