How to kick start your morning

Here is what I put in my morning drink!
I get asked a lot what exactly it is that I drink in the mornings. Don't worry, it's not some super crazy concoction. It's pretty simple actually!
It's important that you start your day thinking of the best way that you can take care of YOU!
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar "with the mother" (I use this)
1 pinch of salt - Pink Himalayan is best (I use this)
1 pinch of ginger
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 fresh lemon wedge (or lemon juice with no sugar added)
Take your mug to your micro and warm it up like a tea.
Each of the ingredients play an important role as to why I drink this first thing in the morning.
ACV has so many great benefits and it's fantastic for gut healing.
Pink Himalayan is a healthier option salt with fantastic minerals and will help with electrolytes.
Ginger is so good for settling your stomach but also great with inflammation.
Cayenne pepper will help kick start the metabolism first thing in the morning baby!
Lemon...I can't say enough great things about lemon. It's located with minerals and aides in digestion.
Mixing all of these may seem a little funky at first but I promise that you will start to love it and crave it each morning!
PS. Drinking this does NOT break your fast if you are fasting! Yay!
